How to start an international returns?

I bought an item on ebay and got a wrong item.

I filed return and the system asked me to pay for the return shipping. How to get that international small package shipping?

Does our Ebay provide a shipping option? If we use USPS or UPS, the price will be higher than the item.

Click "Return this item" then select the "Wong item sent" reason.

Then wait up to 3 business days for the seller to issue a prepaid return label, send cash for the return postage, or just refund no return needed. Otherwise, click ask eBay to step in, to get help.

When the item is not as described @mythyanlee the seller must pay for return shipping, if they want the wrong item back.

Do we have some regular patterns? Sometimes the Ebay system still collects the tax after the price falls down, sometimes the system judges "buyer pays shipping label", so that depends on the reason select "not as description"? The system is often jumping.

Yes @mythyanlee if you select one of the first five reasons, the buyer pays for the shipping label to return the item. But for the last six reasons, the seller must pay for return shipping, or just refund no return.

If the buyer requires an international shipping label, but it may cost too much, the only option for the seller is to gift the item and make a full refund, right? Do we have some other options?

The seller can provide the "funds" to have the item shipped back.

It has been 2-1/2 years.  Did that last situation work out?
