Hi,
I bought batteries for E-bike last week but the size is large for my bike.
Here, I have started the return progress.
Unfortunately, I lost my credit card two weeks ago, but the new credit card has been ok.
I need your help:
1) If the batteries are returned , is the refund sent to my new credit card?
2) The return label shows the mark of FedEx, does it mean that the item should be returned via FedEx?

The funds will go back to the original credit card. But you said that you got a new card. I am assuming that the credit card company gave you a new card. So techinically, they transferred any debts to this account (if you had any). The money will go into the old acct. number and the credit card company will automatically send it to the new number. If for some reason they don't, you call the credit card company and the funds can be sent to you via a check. Of course, allow time for the refund to go through.
