How to get a return label?

I have contacted the seller about returning an item, and seller issued a refund.  But even though I'm following the Ebay instructions to get a return label printed, there is no "print label" or such tab available.  I've gone to Purchase History; selected the item to be returned; clicked Return Details, but there is no Print Label command.  The seller is being patient, but I've made several attempts to find where to print the return label.  Suggestions?

If the seller has already refunded, you won't be able to get a shipping label, the case is closed.

If the seller want's the item back, they'll have to buy a shipping label and send it to you.
