How to get a live customer support?

Hi I have sent a request thru site for my refund I am frustrated no response I am due back $14 dollars and some cents.  Can someone tell me how to reach live support because i seem to be getting nowhere here?

Once you open a Return Request,  process is going to take its time. Have you received any messages from Seller yet? 

Here's how to contact eBay

Open an eBay page 

Top left corner, click on 'help & contact'

Click on 'buying'

Bottom of the page, left side, Click on 'returns and refunds'

Click on top of the page 'return an item for a refund '

Go to bottom right of the page, in very small print click on ' have us call you'

eBay will call you in 2-9 minutes

Hey @kasi8594 sorry to hear you're having trouble with your order!

Once a return is opened the seller has 3 days to respond, after those 3 days you'll have the option to have us step in to take action.

You can also go through the steps provided by @santamonicajeweler on how to reach out to CS. In addition, if you're on social media you can send a private message to our Facebook team too!
