I like the fact that they bought back disputes...........I still miss the old dispute console with the BBL button

you can find the returns and the disputes in the orders section in seller hub now

You go to purchase history and choose......    I did not receive this item

If you chose "return".......................

Now one choice is to send back the same thing that you got.
