How long does a buyer have to return an item?

Listing says no returns and buyer opened a not as described case... seems like b/s "this is broken, I can't send it back it's dangerous to be mailed, give me my money back".

I plan on accepting a return and giving him a label.  Decent chance he doesn't send it back and the case closes.

If I accept a return and give him a label, how long does he have to send it back?  Literally see everything on the internet from 5 days to 5 business days to 21 days and 21 business days.

eBay gives a week after they receive the label.  You might still get lucky as many buyers never get around to sending items back.  They just try to get a "discount".
