How do you get to speak with a human on eBay?

An item I ordered was sent to the wrong address, clear across the country. EBay used an old address in spite of using a more recent address on all previous purchases some as recent as earlier in the week before I made the purchase that was sent to the wrong place. I asked the seller if they could resend the item to the correct address. The seller told me the item was delivered to the address given to them by eBay. I just want to speak to a human to explain what happened and to get resolution. Going onto the eBay website just takes me around and around. I tried to go through my financial institution and all they said was the item was delivered and closed my dispute. This is really frustrating.

How do you get to speak with a human on eBay?

You need to click the "contact us" link under help which brings you to a chat box. Say what your problem is and eventually ask to speak to an agent. Have an agent call you.  I am unsure if anything can be done being that your old address was on file and wasn't changed prior to your purchase of the item. Once delivered there is little that can be done.

How do you get to speak with a human on eBay?

Humans are indeed hard to find! I am new at this eBay stuff. I was told someone would call me. I waited all day and didn't receive a call back. I haven't been able to re-establish any contact. It is very difficult and time consuming. I will not return to eBay. Fortunately, I only lost $20.
