How do I return an iten eBay has determined is counterfeit?

These 6 Samsung 870EVO drives are counterfeit per Samsung after trying to RMA one of them.

I reported them to eBay.

How do I get a refund for my $227.00?

File a return request and choose the reason that says the item does not match the description. eBay has a 30 day window for filing claims.

The 30 day period has expired and these are counterfeit drives so the 30 day period shouldn't matter.

eBay won't get involved. It's a firm 30 day window. You'd have to go to your credit card to file a dispute at this point.

You're too late for ebay to do anything. 

You had 30 days to verify authenticity of your item and once that 30 days passes, you're SOL.

You might be able to add a comment to the "Good seller - Quick shipping." comment you left for the seller. 

ETA: I'm not victim blaming but need to tell buyers to check feedback of sellers BEFORE doing business with them! Would you have purchased from the seller if you'd read the feedbacks?
