An item I sold was received damaged. The buyer would like to keep it and repair it if I refund him the cost for the repair parts. How do I do this?
(I rather do it this way then making a full refund and him returning it and trying to collect on the shipping insurance hassle). Thanks

Buyer can send a photo receipt to you in a email of repair cost.
And just click on item sold...scroll down to reasons and find 'refund'.

Go to SELLER HUB
Hover over ORDERS (top left)
at Drop Down, click top one (All Orders)
Next page- find order
Click 3 dots left of item
at Drop Down, scroll down and click "Send Refund"
