How do I add tracking number for a return?

I am the buyer and filled out a return request for an item. The seller sent UPS to pick up the item with a call tag and I sent it back. Now eBay says that I need to fill out a label and send it back. There is no option to add the UPS label info. The seller hasn't refunded me yet and they received the item back over a week ago. Why is there no place to add the return label info?

eBay gives the seller @noble-deeds three options to provide a return shipping label

1. Provide outside the request.

2. Upload into the return request.

3. Have eBay issue the return label.

Now leave a private message here for eBay on Facebook (or open an account just to contact eBay)

1. to give eBay the already-delivered UPS tracking number,

2. and ask for your refund.

If you know they received it a week ago then that sounds like you have tracking.

You need to reach out to eBay ASAP because you only have 10 days to ask eBay to force the seller to refund if they fail to refund after it's been delivered back to the seller.

Solution: I was finally able to call eBay using the chat function and having them call me back. They saw that I had communicated with the seller about the return label call tag info and that it has been delivered. eBay manually put it in and issued the refund. Their portal doesn’t have a way to do this, which is crazy but calling them got it done.

I ran into the same problem today and im not gonna sell or buy any longer from eBay. This seller has lied countless times to me I’m gonna escalate my return I want my money back , All of it
