How can I return defective item to seller who don't accept returns?

I attempted to open return request and Ebay sent message seller don't accept returns.  I tried to open request to money back guarantee and it says I have to do the steps that Ebay won't let message be sent due to seller don't accept returns.  Ebay has very difficult customer support.
The device now the WiFi doesn't work anymore. The IP address is not found on my phones and or my laptops. All the lights flash when it is on for a while. I tried to reset the device and I called WD support and they said there is a problem in device. Device is non repairable. The unit is sealed and impossible to try and repair. Please send me a paid return label to send device back.

If you've not already blown the eBay Money Back Guarantee by both opening and closing a case @arabatel_63

Do not talk to the seller again. If you don't ge a refund or a prepaid return label within the next 3 business days, come back the day after to click ask eBay to step in it, for help.

Has it been more than 30 days since you received it?

If so you must contact the seller to work it out because after 30 days the seller doesn't have to accept a return.

Your other alternative is filing a PayPal dispute if you used PayPal for the payment, or a chargeback on your credit card.
