No, a return request closed at eBay cannot be reopened.

You can try a return at PayPal, if that's how you paid, and the return is for a not as described item, not because of buyer's remorse. Also, at PayPal the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

If you paid by credit card, you can file with your card company as another option. Once closed, it can't be reopened.

This is stealing both from Ebay and the seller. I made the same mistake. I will be deleting my account and making it my lifes mission to make sure everyone I ever meet NEVER uses Ebay!
