Help to get full Refund due to wrong item delivered

Wrong item delivered. ASking return for FULL refund but Seller sending 1/2 refund ONLY. Need HELP from ebay.

Did you open an item not as described case? If you did that, the seller will be required to send you a prepaid return label, and to refund to you every cent you paid when he receives your returned item back.

Did you file a "not as described" case?

Did the seller then offer 1/2 refund OR did the seller send a label and you returned the item?

There are way too many options for us to guess...

Have you done this yet?

Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

^^^ Well, that's no good. Open a Return, citing a 'Not as Described' reason. You may have to return the wrong item, but you'll get a whole refund. Good luck.

That's because per Seller's return policy, there is something wrong with the item returned. 1/2 refund compensation,  is in cases which item is damaged and returned to Seller. Then, Seller will issue 50% refund.

"Wrong item", this is not the item you purchased.

" asking for full refund", are you asking by messaging the Seller or have you sent back the item already?

"Seller sending 1/2 refund ONLY" did you get 1/2 refund? If so, you need to appeal Seller's decision.

"Need HELP from ebay." You need to contact eBay. eBay is not here. If you want to contact them, click on 'help & contact' and follow suit.
