Hello anyone-
My wife purchased a Hair Mister from a seller who stated the item that they were selling was a new item nevertheless when the Item was shipped it was clearly a used item. The seller refused to come down on the price that we initially paid for and when we were finally feed up with $5 reduction in price we decided to send the item back to the seller. The return label was sent and we shipped it back the USPS shipped the item to a logistic facility in New Jersey which the facility received the item but the USPS driver did not scan the final delivery on there Website so the seller is seeing this and will not refund us the money even though the USPS has acknowledge delivering the package to the address that was provided. I am in need of some guidance - I am starting to believe the seller is not being honest and has bad integrity issues. What next steps can I take. EBAY is a hard planform to speak with anyone live.

"... even though the USPS has acknowledge delivering the package to the address that was provided."
If the item was delivered, keep an eye on the case timeline. Ask eBay to step in when it's allowed. You'll receive your refund.
