what does this mean?
"We reviewed this case and have closed it without any refund to the buyer."
1. will I be charged return shipping?
2. Will the funds that had been put on hold be paid out to me in full, or will I only get the shipping/fees refunded?

3. Will I still end up paying shipping?

What was the case??

It means the found the case for you and no refund to the purchaser so you will get the money that was put on hold back.

If this was for a return and they did not use the label to do so: it eventually will also be refunded to you.

yes, it was a return, forgot to mention that. I authorized it, so the buyer was sent a label, I suppose I will still be charged for that?

Did they send it back or did it get lost in the mail?

If the label wasn't scanned, you shouldn't be charged for the label.

Ebay found in my favor and did not refund buyer.

Buyer is out the cost of item.

Ebay releases the funds/cost of item to me.

Paypal/Credit Card finds in the buyers favor and takes funds from eBay.

Isn't eBay out of the money at that point?

I received the item and it was not in the same condition as it was sent and eBay ruled in my favor and sent the message that they "closed it without any refund " and no mention of what happens to the funds, return shipping label, etc.
