So, if I understand correctly, you are making your poor money management problem into a card sellers problem?
Thanks for posting.

You need to contact your seller or sellers.
How could you not know what you spent?

You need to message your seller that ^^^ as chances aren't very likely that your seller will read this.

You can always resell them yourself on eBay. None of your sellers will see your request here.

Those cards are yours. This is Ebay, not Macy's. You do NOT have a valid excuse for a return. And if the seller did accept your return, YOU have to pay the return shipping.
you need to stop bidding on ebay now. Get a job and when you have funds, then you buy whatever you can afford.
Finally, did you realize that sellers pay fees? THey also invest time and energy in taking photos and writing a listing, waiting for a sale, packing the item and shipping it and you want to undue this and "harm" / "hurt" a seller by returning the cards?
The best thing that you can do is learn from these mistakes that you did.
You can also set up your own Ebay selling account and start selling your "mistakes." here. Of course, you can only do that if you are 18 years old. You will need to have a bank account and set up "managed payments."
