I think it is so rude and wrong that eBay doesn't insist that a buyer who is unhappy, contact you first to see if something can be worked out. Now it sems, a buyer can start the return, get authorization from eBay for the return, hold your funds, but of course, send the item back before you even know there's an issue!!! And you get nothing to say about it at all. That isn't right!!! Guilty without trial, that's un-American.
