I have a purchase that isn't being shipped. It has been almost a month and they keep giving me the run around about shipping and refunds. I received a **bleep** tracking number that doesn't track. They have also used a similar tracking number since my purchase with an added zero at least twice. They sent me a picture saying it was delivered and that is how I learned of the added zero. In the picture it had shipped to Connecticut. When entered into tracking on the web, it shows it being delivered to Massachusetts. It is international and has long delivery expectation, so it is challenging to get eBay to step in. My purchase is a rare Super Nintendo cartridge. After this experience, I noticed one of their reviews showed that someone else had this same problem with the same game and received a refund for never receiving the cartridge. Then I looked up past sales history for this game and the seller had sold the exact same thing recently. Pictures are all the same in each listing, which show it to be authentic. I assume they probably needed a refund. I find it hard to believe a small island dude has multiples of the same rare SNES cartridge, but mainly sells ED pills and Spanish Fly. How do I report this person outside of waiting for my delivery date to pass and to show how they are up to some stupid game?
