Long story short. I inquired with a seller if the used car door they were selling had rust bubbles in a specific area. Seller assured me the door had no rust. I purchased door. Payed extra for residential shipping after original order was processed. Shipping company couldn’t deliver to my home so i met them at a nearby food lion. Door showed up with rust bubbles in mentioned area. I contacted seller immediately about the issue and we couldn’t work out a discount so now the return process has started they are stating freight shipping is nonrefundable. Am I entitled to a refund/money back guarantee for the freight shipping and the door?
thanks for the replies!

eBay can only force a refund of the total payment amount shown on your Order Detail page -- for just the item and the shipping -- if you started the return request using one if the last 6 not-as-described reasons on this list.

The extra i paid for shipping was sent to me in another ebay order, not done privately. This is the listing i am getting a response of “no refund” for. Will the CC charge back method you mentioned still be acceptable for me to do in that case? Or do i have to wait for ebay to review?
thanks again for the input. It is much appreciated!
