File exchange error said return option missing

how to clear this problem??

Google says:

"File Exchange. XML parse errors are typically caused by unrecognized characters. The offending characters are often hidden and were likely added inadvertently when copying content from another program into eBay. When you view the text in Notepad, the offending characters appear as small squares."

Have you checked?!

HI @watchshop_japan,

An error like that can be the result of entering the wrong name in the ReturnProfileName column. Make sure that the name you enter there matches exactly the name on the "Manage your business policies" page:

https://www.bizpolicy.ebay.com/businesspolicy/manage

Be sure to use the name that is in the Name column on  the "Manage your business policies" page (not what is in the Description column). It must match exactly, including capitalization, punctuation, and spacing.

I think: it's the underscore part of your handle. It's missing,  misread or misplaced on Return Profile Name at its proper column.
