I purchased an item on ebay. The seller posted pics of a dark blue vest and i purchased it. When it arrived it was an electric blue color, so i asked him to please accept my return due to his fake pictures. He offered me $10 and I declined. He then said no refunds. I sent him a pic of the vest he sent me and he then took out a dispute on ebay saying i sent him a fake picture. How can i send all of these pictures of this vest to ebay to help me???advertised vest
sent vest

Go to the transaction and open a return request citing that the item is not as described or pictured.
The seller may tell you to close the dispute before he agrees. DO NOT CLOSE!

Did you open an item not as described case through eBay? If not what exactly would he be disputing? If you didn’t get an email from eBay then he is calling your bluff.
if there is no case open you file one now for item not as described. The seller will have four days to either send you a return label (free for you) to return the item and issue you a refund when it’s delivered to them or just issue refund and you keep the item. If after day 4 they haven’t responded you ask eBay to step in and they will force the seller to refund you. No need to speak with seller again. Your money back guarantee trumps his no return policy. Come back and let us know if he opened a case or not as I’m curious as to how he even could at this point.

@ahuerta_huerta You have purchased an item on a platform that offers a money back guarantee, so you have nothing to worry about. Just follow the procedures for a return. Go to your purchase history and select the item. Mark it as item not as described, which is the option you need to select, and it wasn't so it's correct. You only get one chance at opening a return case so take your time and choose this option. Seller will have to send you a return label and then all you have to do is print the return label and ship it back before the time period ends. Very simple and you will receive a full refund. Best of luck to you....

BTW, I have serious questions about the authenticity of the item. Look at how crooked and misaligned the "made in Italy" label is on the neck. There are differences between your item and others that I believe are genuine.

It’s the same jacket, just photographed with poor lighting. The hang tag and North/Face Gucci tag are also darker in the listing picture.

I did open a case for “not as described.” It shows that eBay is investigating but I was hoping I could send eBay the pictures or speak to someone. I will just wait.
Thank you all for your comments.

Does it say that ebay is investigating? Or does it say that it's waiting for the seller's response?
