Typically there is NO 'exchange' on ebay.

Return for refund (find in your 'my purchases' and click 'return' off to right)

Buy the right item from same or another seller.

You need to contact your seller directly if they will allow an exchange. You must then file a return case and return the item to the seller. You only have 30 days so you need to start this process now.

If you want to "exchange" an item this is something you'll work out with the seller, not on a community forum of buyers and sellers who you did not purchase your item from.

Could you explain why?   The reason in needed as it effects the process.

Request a return. It is simple, straight forward and supported by Ebay procedures.

Exchanges are special case and more likely to be difficult to deal with if anything goes wrong.

Murphy spends a large amount of his time on Ebay.
