Enforcement of 60 day returns.

General question just trying to understand the system when it's in regards to 60 day returns.

Because eBay MBG is 30 days, anything after that I don't see they have the ability to enforce advertised return policies they allow on their platform.

So would it be mainly used in chargeback cases? Because anything for the first 30 days would be handled by eBay.

eBay MBG is 30 days.  If they paid with PayPal they have 180 days to dispute a charge. Credit cards vary but most allow 60 days to 6 months to file a chargeback.
