Hey everyone was wondering If I could get some advice so I recieved an item from a seller which didnt match the description (clothing item was im bad condition and had paint on the clothing) seller asked me to return for a full refund I returned the item to the seller but stupidly I forgot to put in a returns request on ebay.. the seller has now recieved the returned item confirmed by the tracking services I used but is now ignoring my messages about the refund.
Ive put in a returns request now but have to wait a few days for ebay to step in will ebay still be able to get my money back for me as I have proof of postage and delivery or have I lost my money to this seller?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you!
