Ebay Return Policy Unfair (Not as described)

I aware I'm probably beating a dead horse to say the least. But as a seller I'm very disappointed and probably will sell elsewhere. But I've been a member since 2001 with 100% feedback. I've never sold anything that broken or (Not as described). I listed a like new less than 2 months old RTX 3060 Ti in mint condition pictures and receipt. I had just used the card for gaming days before selling it to get a RTX 3070. I sold it to a buyer who either didn't know what they were doing when they install it or damaged the card itself. Ebay stance is since the buyer reported as (Not as described). They're forcing me to give a refund. When I had it listed as no refund. This buyer clearly exploited the (Not as described) policy. If the card was pink and I ship blue or if it was AMD when I listed Nvidia. I would feel better if it was flagged as broken. But community be aware that anything can be flagged as (Not as described) as suddenly you're a fraud seller. Now as seller I have go through this inspect it once it returned and file a complaint in 2 days. Or my account will be drafted. There was no inquiry on my side just the buyer opened a case. (Not as described). eBay team didn't ask one question about the card.

Most of these situations are automatic (handled by bots). No one at eBay read anything, so no questions would be asked.

Happens to all of us (or at least most of us). Just have to accept things the way they are, write it off as a loss, or move on to greened pastures, where ever they may be.
