I bought a jumpsuit for $33 from China seller in April. It arrived in May , and absolutely didn't match a description. I immediately contacted the seller and he assured me that I have to mail it back to China and he will issue me a full refund (including shipping back $29) as soon as he gets it. Ebay opened a case for refund. Apparently, the return to China took more than one month (and it is still sitting in their Custom already for four weeks!), and eBay automatically closed the case.
The seller first was saying that he will check it out, but now he stopped to respond.
Ebay doesn't have no phone, no chat to discuss and complain. It's impossible to have a help now.
Can anybody suggest what should I do to get my money back?
It seems that buyers are not protected now at all!!!

File a chargeback with your bank, credit card or paypal which ever form of payment you used for the purchase..Good luck !

Did the seller send you the $29 to ship?
If not that is something you will not be able to get back.
I have a rule and it keeps me from having a ton of issues and extra work. I never buy anything from China.
It the listing says "shipping from China" there is zero chance I will buy.
IF the seller is in China and say that they are shipping from the US, I make sure to read all of the FB.
Even then it is 75% sure I wont buy from them either.
eBay closed this because it timed out. You would have had to ask eBay to step in before 30 days past.
The MBG applies to most items. It is good to read it from time to time.
