Didn't receive the refund

I didn't receive the Refund amount for my product which didn't receive so the seller initiated a refund but I didn't get the refund in my account. 

And there is not information regarding the refund help

money is refunded to original funding source 

If you paid by cc may take up to 30 days to see refund reflected on your next statement

Exactly what did you do to initiate a refund? Did you open an item not received claim? How long ago? Did you then return to that claim 4 days later and ask eBay to step in? If you did open an INR claim, was it within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date for your item?
