I bought an optical mouse from Pilgrimmage*Projects (supposedly new as in unused). I tried plugging it in to multiple computers in USB ports. In all cases, the mouse did not power up (a light indicates it is powered) and it obviously doesn't work. I have tried several times to contact eBay customer service but keep getting sent in circles on the site, either the site claims I have no purchases or if I do get to the purchase then it takes me to a sign-in page that won't let me sign-in because it states the email address I entered is already registered to another user (which is me). This is my first experience with eBay and I can't imagine why anyone would use this site based on what has happened to me. If anyone has any suggestions on how I can get help with returning an item that doesn't work, then I would greatly appreciate it, and maybe I can actually see some value to eBay.
Currently completely disappointed,
