I don't sell on Ebay very much and would like input on how to handle a recent sale. I listed a Sony a6300 camera, with zoom lens, 50mm lens and 6 extra batteries, with 3 chargers. Under condition, I listed it as "used", not "used-good", "used-excellent", or "like new". I originally bought everything in 2021 for $1233.00, only shot with it 4-5 times indoors. It sold for $600 a month ago. I shipped it UPS and paid extra to have in insured. Buyer received it within 72 hours and was very happy. He contacted me a week later about a scratch he noticed on the zoom lens. I hadn't seen it, but issued a partial refund of $40. Last week, he contacted me again about possible mold/fungus on the sensor and sent 2 pics which showed the spots. He also mentioned owning another a6300, which didn't have any spots on the sensor. I was recovering from a bout with covid, but responded about starting the return process and we agreed to connect this week. Yesterday, I received another message from him explaining that he'd sold the 6 extra batteries to someone and asked if he could sub them with a few other batteries he has and send with the return. None of the footage I took with the camera has any distortions, lines, spots etc. Please let me know your thoughts on all of this. Thank you!
