Damaged item

I , Like a lot of ebay customers are **bleep** at the fact that NO telephone service is available.

MY issue: the seller of a plastic model must not be awaire of the fact that just putting this item in a plastic shipping bag is a disaster waiting to happen, And it did.  It must be repacked in a crush proof box and well protected. Not only is global an inept courrier but they are not very careful with the package itself.

They have a bad habit of leaving my stuff at my door. This time was ok as far as porch bandits go.

Now the seller says that he is not able to send a return label on an Ebay guaranteed item.

What should I do with this?

Why do you need to call CS? Did you open a SNAD case?

@myn1232 You have purchased an item on a platform that offers a money back guarantee so you have nothing to worry about. Just follow the procedures for a return. Go to your purchase history and select the item. Mark it as item not as described, which is the option you need to select and it wasn't described as broken so it's correct. You only get one chance at opening a return case so take your time and choose this option. Seller will have to send you a return label and then all you have to do is print the return label and ship it back before the time period ends. Very simple and you will receive a full refund. Seller may also simply refund you outright rather than attempt to get it sent back. Best of luck to you....

You could have sent the seller your message explaining the damage order you received. And if the seller does not correct the problem or does not answer your message then go ahead and open a case. eBay will deal with the seller for you. You will get your refund if the seller does not work with you within certain amount of time.
