Complaint

Been a seller since 2016 as a PTY Ltd. and eBay has got worse and worse. Ongoing poor customer service with issues that can not be resolved by tech support from either Pakistan, India, or somewhere else where they are restricted to truly helping you with complex problems.

from my experiance, here is no way to reach higher support whatsoever. No email no phone number.
When they escalate your case.iIt says your issue will be resolved within 48-72 hrs. it's all a lie. For my case i opend up in 15 August 202,it took  seceral months to get resolved with determental outcomes. As a seller I've had to  contantky reach back to original support over and over with little to no one able to address my escalation issue.

The issue was due to an  overcharge billing error through ebay mag, total  $586 and when I refuse to pay the balance. My account got suspended. eBay never trued to resolve the ussue quiker as to lingvterm damage my accoun, becayse i have no one to ditectky communicate at all to assit me.

Today it was rectified to the original outstanding balance of $82.00 but because of 90-day inactive clause. Your  system wiped all my +500 listings off their system without ebay trying to prevent this from happening. Now I need to relist all those listings from scratch. This is very disappointing. Now that I've oayed the balance I have nothing to sell.

eBay has  destroy my  business in a blink of an eye.

It took me so many years to establish my account and get good traction but it is not worth the effort to start again from scratch and fear this might happen again.
I've truly lost my faith in eBay have no confidence in your business given your carelessness.

Re: Complaint

Sorry that this happened to you.  Yes, the systems wipes out all of the listings.  Too bad you did not safe them on your computer.  You have no choice but to start from scratch.   In the future, if you have a problem, contact Ebay on their Facebook page. The staff there is very knowledgeable. You would have to go to Facebook, type Ebay and then somewhere on the top, you see MESSAGE.  You click that and through Messenger, you can discuss your problem and they will respond within a day or two.   They can NOT recover your lost listings.  Those are gone after 90 days.   Goodluck.
