Received a return request from a customer saying the item was not described. And the box was broken.
The item is used, The customer said the top of the train is faded and almost white. this is so false even his picture doesn't show that. I just don't think the customer realizes that the top of this train is the color he has. No, we did not provide a picture of the top of the train and that is what he is using against us.
Also says the box was broken, It wasn't when it left my home.
Do I have any chance in fighting this or do I lose because of the buyer guarantee?

You have 3 choices if a case is opened:
1. Refund without asking for the item back
2. Request the item be returned. You would pay return shipping and then refund once received.
3. Do nothing. Then eBay will return the buyer from your money and give you a defect on your account for not responding to a case. This stays on your account for a year.
The eBay 30 day money back guarantee protects the buyer and overrides any seller's policies.

Thank you for your reply, this is so frustrating. I guess the seller doesn't matter anymore. I think this person is just being a pain.
