I sent the item back I cannot communicate with the seller I get a error message that tells me I’ll have to try tomorrow never works I can’t say that I sent it back I haven’t got my return I’m **bleep** off

Did you open a claim first? Sent it back with tracking? Was claim opened after date it was suppose to arrive?
Did seller OK the return?
