I bought Kirkland coffee pods the picture looked like new pods. However when they arrived the inner box was all taped and you can see there was prior damage. Everything on the inner box was written in a foreign language except the word Kirkland and a few other words. I got in touch with the shipper and they said didn’t I look at the pictures. I found out latter what they were talking about. When I did look the first picture looked like the new one on the box and the rest were BLURRED it was hard to make them out. I want to return the box but they are holding me responsible for the shipping. Since the pictures are misleading I think they should be liable for shipping. I tried to get in touch with e-bay to explain what is going on but I can’t get a live person. I am 86 years old and have a hard time with computers Can anyone help me or get me a phone number
