Did you mean:

Closed returns cannot be reopened

I started a return, found out that return postage would cost almost as much as the item, so I cancelled the return. I contacted the seller and he told me to start a return and he would send me a paid return label. eBay doesn't allow a return to be resubmitted!  How can I get around this?

Re: Closed returns cannot be reopened

Use eBay Messages to exchange contact information.

Since you have been in a transaction this is allowed.

The seller can send a Return Shipping label as a pdf to your ordinary email.

You can be refunded through Paypal or by etransfer (is that available in the USA yet?)

What was your reason for returning?

@raynakapec

As you were told in your other post, you can't start another return through Ebay.

If the seller will send a prepaid shipping label and you think they'll refund, go that way.

Or open a case with Pay Pal or your credit card.

Have a great day.
