Cant return item wont allow photo

I am trying to make a return for an item that I received (wrong item sent). Ebay asks me to upload a picture, but it won't accept any photo I upload. There's a 5mb size limit, all my photos are under 5mb. I've tried exporting a photo from photoshop in jpg, jpeg, gif, and png file formats which is what they ask for but all of them are not being accepted.

I don't know how or why, but I deleted my typed comment, THEN attached the image, which worked and was able to submit. Ebay, fix your web code!

Glad you resolved your issue.

I use Paint in my desktop to resize images to upload to eBay.

Just out of curiosity, what was your typed comment you deleted?

Yeah, eBay doesn't care, this is an old issue apparently.

I also use Paint before uploading, had nothing to do with my issue (eBays issue).
