BUT! Ive tried to contact the seller severel times to send me the item again or if I could have a refound but the seller hasnt answered. There is no option to select in help section for this problem so I chose "return item" I used the same trackingnumber it had on its way here and now it says shipped/in transit.
I can now select to "ask ebay to step in". So I go to the part where it says "Requires immediate attention" I klick "take action" and so I get in to the part where I can klick on "Ask ebay to step in".... But NOTHING HAPPENS!!!
Where is the help?? What am I to do now?

Why did you choose "return item" when you had nothing to return? If I am reading your message correctly, the item has been returned to the sender.
Have you offered to pay for shipping again, so that the seller can send it again?

Not picking it up is refusing delivery which causes it to be returned to the seller. This forfeits eBay buyer protection. That could be the reason you can't ask eBay to step in. Buyers can open cases that are no longer covered but they won't be able to escalate them, to ask eBay to step in.
What reason did you use for the reason for the return? If the return was accepted then eBay or the seller provides a return label, and when the tracking number for that label shows delivered you get a refund. I don't think you followed protocol so maybe you should offer to pay the seller return shipping if and when you know they received it back.

What was I supposed to use from the help topics?
I dont know if the item is back at the seller and I have massaged the seller multiple times but he doesent answer me. So what sould i do?

I why its gone back. But I was able to klick the "ask ebay to step in" button for mu item.
No I did not folow protokol but this was the closest I could get to find help. Where wher I supposed to start?
