Cannot upload a return shipping label

I have a label purchased and tried uploading, but the button won't turn blue (stays grey, can't be clicked). I fixed this problem before somehow, but I can't remember how. Anyone have a solution?

When eBay threw an error unrecognized tracking number @product2people the workaround was to add a digit zero ahead of the tracking number. Perhaps that'll work here too to activate the button.
