So, I made an order on August 9, and the estimated arrival was August 16. Since August 12, the UPS tracking says "Your shipment was received at 6:07 pm on August 12, 2024". I've tried contacting the seller 3 times in the past two weeks, I also marked it as not received, but about a day or two ago, It did the thing where eBay stepped in, and It said I would get help on September 2. And I was pretty angry so I closed that return case, and tried to refund it. So, I did the return, but I couldn't return anything since I didn't have my package, so I canceled the return. But now, I can't contact the seller again because it says I already have a request for that item, but when I go to view the request, it says it is closed. And on the order, it says return completed and it's still on the way. I tried calling them, but it's just a goddam robot who tells me to open a case, which I can't do. And after all of this, the seller still hasn't responded.
