I have an item  that was returned and arrived, I went to the refund buyer section and attempted to refund buyer from funs Ebay has on hold for my account, can i not use these funds to return funds or do I have to send money diffrent way. thanks for any help with this issue.

I ran across this in the past and attached a credit card to my seller account.  If you are a nickel short, the refund won't process.
