Can't Process Item Return

On Friday, I tried to process the return of an item, and the picture wouldn't upload. Now the picture uploads, but the 'Confirm Return' button won't light up to continue with the process. This is so frustrating. I've never had to return an item, and I can't believe how difficult eBay makes it.

It's been years since I've had to open an item not as described case, but you're required to submit a picture now? Didn't know that.

Right after I posted this I was able to process the return. I couldn't find a way to delete this, but the problem has been resolved.

How did you do it?  It's happening to me right now. I can't click on the "submit return"  Nothing happens. It will not light up.

I didn't do anything. I came here and wrote my post on a new web page, leaving that original page open. When I went back to it a bit later, it was lit so that I could click it. Maybe it just takes a few minutes for the picture to actually upload before the button is able to be clicked.

You upload connection on your computer or phone may be slow.

Many cameras are set to take photos at a very high resolution that end up making a heavy jpeg (like 5MB).

1. For eBay photos, you can reset your camera to take photos at a smaller resolution.

2. Most image processing programs will allow you to lighten the load; whether its a desktop program that came with your camera; one that came with your computer or a free potato shop program like PhotoScape. It make take a bit of reading to figure it out. 

3. do an internet search for : reduce jpg size

4. In the past eBay rejected heavy jpegs, but now their system will reduce them while they upload, as may be the case for you, then the upload can take a Shreveport minute.

Cmon Ebay this is ridiculous... no reason we should have this problem with returns.  Still hasn't worked for me.

Did you get any reply on how to fix this problem. I've been trying for 3 days to put in a return request and nothing I've read works.
