Can not upload my tracking number to eba

Please help, I returned item back to seller and my shipping label .how can I upload tracking number to ebay.

If you used a return shipping label provided by eBay through a Return request, you don't need to load it. Did you do this, or pay for a label on your own outside of a Return request?

Hello,

I did the same thing. Returned the item using the shipping label provided by eBay. When I try to mark item as shipped, eBay automatically generates a tracking number but it does not match the number that was on the shipping label, it also doesn’t let me change the tracking number. Should I still click on “mark as shipped”??
