With all of your previous experience here, am sure you know that all a buyer has to do to be refunded is open an item not as described case and you will be paying return shipping and refunding in total when you get it back.

I'm not sure which item the buyer wants to return but I see that 2 of your sold items have a return policy with buyer paying return shipping.
When you have returns, you must accept the return for ANY reason.
If it's one of the other items you sold without a return policy, it's possible that the buyer didn't think you'd accept the return so he lied about the reason.
Either way, accept the return and if desired, add the buyer to your BBL.

I have been selling on eBay from 1998, with 3 seller ID's.
I still feel some actions by eBay favor buyers.
As do most big companies.
Still, I dislike some actions.

Still doesn't make an excuse acc
eptable.
Would be much better if a buyer just demands a return.
Above all, we need to be truthful.

I always find a few items that I offer a refund, that in no way changed items that I do not offer refunds.
What was annoying in this case, Buyer said I did not give correct image of item, I used an image from the company's web sit of the item.
Then she claimed I listed with wrong color, I listed as black, she claimed the item was navy.
The company only sold this item in black, I listed as black.

I have never denied a refund if the buyer request.
This buyer did not request.
I have sold thousands of yards of decorator fabric with no refund.
Yet I have issued many refunds, may with telling buyer to keep the item.
As I said, I have been selling on eBay from 1998.
