Buyer started a return on an item I sent?

When I look at the return request, the item doesn't show that it's been shipped?  The is a message that says: Pre shipment info sent, USPS awaits item???  What does this mean, Ebay has confirmed the return, do I need to do anything or wait for it to arrive B4 refunding the buyer? It's not clear what I should do? When Ebay confirmed the return does the buyer get a return shipping label for the item?? The reason I am asking is the return graph shows the return started but not shipped and it's been several days??  Thank you for any help.  bubba

1) The message you're seeing means that your buyer has (at least) printed a return shipping label. 2) YES... wait until you get the item back before refunding. 3) Yes, eBay initiates the label when the Return is approved. 4) As far as USPS tracking information goes, it's been rather hit-or-miss lately. 5) Relax and good luck.
