Buyer requested return with tracking info, now that tracking info is gone. Where to find it?

Hi, we had a buyer report a problem with an item we sold. They opened a return ticket and provided return tracking info. The next day we approved the refund. However, now we can no longer find the return tracking information anywhere. Does eBay remove it after there is a refund? Where can one find the return tracking info?

Once you refunded, the return case is closed. I don't think the tracking info is available at that point.

I never refund until the item is received, thus the case is open and information available until I refund.

I check my last two closed returns. No tracking available.

You can go to your Return. Seller Hub/Orders/Returns and filter to 'Closed returns/replacements'. After a refund, what you see is what you get. For what it's worth... good advice to never refund until your item is back. Good luck here.
