Buyer requested return and then closed return while item is still in transit

Hi everyone, 

I had a buyer open a return request and then close the return shortly after. The item hasn’t even been delivered yet, it’s scheduled to deliver tomorrow. It just sounds like the buyer was indecisive at this point. My ebay account balance is negative now even though the buyer closed the return. How long before the negative balance goes away? Do I need to do anything else? I tried contacting ebay but I can’t get ahold of a live person.
