Buyer refuses to return and claims he called the FBI

Buyer claims they were sold fake games so I asked how they knew they were fake. Instead of telling me how he knew, he immediately threatened to sue me and contact the FBI. Also threatening me with jail time. Later one he told me why he thinks they're fake so I approve the return. Now he's refusing to return the games and claims to be taking them "somewhere." He continues making unreasonable demands.

Have anyone dealt with someone like this? And how did you deal with them? I'm not worried as I know nothing will happen other than the case closing.

You know what, those threats to "call the FBI" are scare tactics... My mom used to sell on here, and someone tried to threaten her about contacting the police and she'd get jail time, just to BULLY her into action/accepting what the buyer demanded...

My mom just chose to do whatever the buyer said, just to get rid of the situation..  Even when I tried to talk reason to her.

Don't fall victim....  My mom is in her 70s, and isn't super savvy to what goes on online...

If they won't return the games.. there is some kind of scam going on...

this is the kind of shhh that makes sellers here want to run away from this site.

This kind of stuff disgusts me.

The FBI , yea right like they have time for such things.  Maybe one of the lesser superfriends  like Aquaman might take intrest.   Unless they return it, ebay will just close the case. Place them on your blocked bidder list too.
