Buyer contacted me on my social media site AND through a different user name via eBay stating items were delivered damaged. Their FB page shows the same name of the person I shipped to. States they are unable to figure out how to upload damage pictures and that they purchased my item through a guest account on eBay.
Is this a scam?
I'm thinking of asking them to send pictures to my cell #. They aren't corresponding with me through the guest account even after my repeated requests.
