Got an email similar to this yesterday. forget how am I supposed to handle stuff like this.
Buyer buys a baseball bat from me. Says he used it about 25 times and now it is cracked. Now wants full refund claims not as described. To me it translates to, I bought it, I used it, I broke it.
What do I do next?
Just looked 0 percent just registered buyer
I didn't purchase insurance, I wouldn't be dishonest and push the blame to the carrier amyway
