Yes, the return request

- must be started within 30 days of actual delivery,

- automatically closes in 21 business days without activity,

- package needs a tracking scan within 15 business days, and

- the seller has 2 business days to refund after the return is delivered.

category 31387 is for watches and can only be used for 14 days but its hard to say no when you have 30 day free returns

if you need to return an item you should start to do within 2 weeks to be on the safe side.

its really better if you read up on the MBG.    then  you can be sure of things
